Why I Do This Work

I know what it’s like to fight for access, opportunity, and a life that reflects your full potential. As a mother of three sons, including one with dyslexia, I’ve had to advocate, strategize, and create pathways for success—not just for my family but for the many families, students, and professionals I’ve worked with.

I’ve spent years studying behavioral motivation, cognitive development, leadership, and personal transformation—and I’ve seen firsthand that when you combine the right mindset with strategy and action, everything shifts.

That’s why I created Thrive on Purpose.

💡 Because Black women deserve more than survival.
💡 Because our families and businesses deserve to flourish.
💡 Because true success is about breaking cycles, building systems, and creating legacy.
